A ladyboy is a biological man that chooses to either cross dress as a woman, or get the operation to lop off the male parts and become physically like a woman – without ovaries. Some do both.
A ladyboy is not a gay man that wears mens clothes and acts feminine and looks nothing like a Thai lady.
A ladyboy is not a Thai lady that acts and dresses as a man. That is a “Tom” in Thailand.
A ladyboy need not work in the pay for play areas of Thailand, and may not at all be employable for the night.
