I posted this at the other blog as well – since it’s relevant to both. I woke up to the most horrible sound today around 5 am. The whining of two people, two men, apparently in love but something had gone wrong and 5-6am seemed like a great time for it all to come to a head and gripe about it for the entire neighborhood to hear.
I stuck the camera out the window to try to get some video, but it was just too far away – maybe 80 meters or so. The audio was quite clear, they were very loud. The guy was accusing his ladyboy of going out with this guy and that guy, and telling her/him “F you” and go away and go now… then he’d walk away and the ladyboy would say something, he’d turn around and go give the ladyboy girlfriend some more choice words… he’d walk away again… it was just like reality tv. Usually it’s a drunk farang and his Thai girl here in this little town, but today was a special ladyboy treat for the neighborhood and all of us visiting farangs.
The movie I took is not great visual quality, but the audio is ok considering it was so far away. You can just hear the typical drunk farang argument and the ladyboy’s deep voice arguing back, but not nearly as loudly.

Two obviously horny and revved up French guys were robbed at gunpoint and almost 4000 Euros stolen by the ladyboys! Can’t these French boys keep it in their pants… what’s the attraction? French girls not pretty enough for them? Joking of course… tourist high season is in full swing in Pattaya and all over Thailand. These stories are all over the forums and the online newspapers.
Don’t be a victim of the ladyboys – they’re conniving man. In this case one popped out from under a bed and another from a closet in the room – with GUNS. Bet they shriveled up with that surprise!
Ladyboys are bad news for the most part. That’s my personal opinion. Watching my friend, and learning from him over the months I found that you are best off to find one at a bar that she/he goes to night after night after night -that everyone knows and that everyone likes. If you pick someone from off beach road, sure it’s more anonymous – but hell – these ladyboys were anonymous to everyone apparently since they didn’t even need to show ID to the hotel they were staying at to get a room. They’re gone now. Almost 4000 Euros… holy hell. That’s what, about 7000+ USD? That’s 210,000 baht? They probably are having a hell of a party in Ko Samui right now, and ripping off more tourists.
Guys – you could have covered your faces in these pics you know? You could have even acted drunk. You both look straight as arrows… and who would have guessed any different but the pictures and story don’t lie!

Two French Tourists robbed at Gun Point.
In the early hours of Wednesday Morning, Police Lieutenant Colonel Aniwat from Pattaya Police Station made his way to a rented room at the South end of Pattaya Third Road after a complaint was received from two French nationals who had just been robbed at Gun Point after taking two Transsexuals back to their room for a massage and sex. Mr. Duel Secen aged 22 and Mr. Annisse Rannane aged 23 explained that they picked up the two Transsexuals from the street and took them back to a room. The two men proceeded to remove their clothing. As they did this, one masked man came out from a Cabinet inside the room and another from under the bed. Both were armed with Guns and demanded the two men had over cash and valuables. A total of 3,850 Euros were stolen. One of the men was then taken away on a motorbike by one of the masked assailants, leaving the other at the room, wondering if he was ever going to see him again. Eventually he returned to the room and was reunited with his friend. At this point they summoned assistance from the Police. Police are now hunting for the two transsexuals and the two masked assailants who remain at large. The room owner did confirm that he rented the room to two transsexuals a week before the incident; however he did not possess any documentation including copies of ID cards.
