Some guys think they’re getting away with something by not discussing cash when the either barfine a Thai lady boy or find her freelancing the street.
The only person you’re fooling is yourself. The way it works in Thailand is that if you take a lady boy back to your room without discussing money, act out the nastiness, and think you’re both going to go your separate ways just happy for the experience – you’re sadly mistaken. If you ever try to stiff a ladyboy (moneywise) you’re going to either have a large scene with just her – or, she’s going to call a couple of her bigger lady boy friends that are going to kick your ass (and your head) and take everything you have too… cash, watches, jewelry, phones, computer, etc…

If you’ve ever had the experience of coming to Thailand and taking a ladyboy back to your room – or worse, having them take you to their room – you feel a little strange. Especially if you chose a massive ladyboy who could probably kick your ass if she wanted to. Ladyboys are tough – they fight a lot. They have a lot of practice fighting other ladyboys and fighting guys that don’t want to pay or screw them around…
Now, watch your backside. There are ladyboys that think every guy that takes them for the night or a few hours should also experience a ladyboy bonk in their rear-ends. Now I know many of you don’t swing that way – but, that’s not to say the ladyboy cares how you swing. SHE swings that way and if she can coerce you or force you into it – you’re going to have ladyboy peni* up your tunnel.
Be very firm and don’t joke about it either because some of them are relentless and you might yourself on the receiving end if you’re not careful!

Pattaya and Patong are two places you’ll find ladyboys in abundance at the beach road. Late at night it’s not recommended to walk along the Patong Beach road because ladyboy thieves come out of nowhere to harass you and try to steal your cash. They’re hyped up on crystal meth (ice, or as Thais’ say – Ya Ba, which means crazy drug).
If you found a bargirl that you’ve barfined, or a freelancer in the street, disco, whatever and she’s suggesting you go the beach for a quick oral session you have just found yourself a ladyboy. Girls don’t go to the beach at night for a quickie bj. They just don’t. Ladyboys will use this ploy to get you to complete the ‘transaction’ quickly and you’ll be none the wiser that she was a ‘he’.
The other reason a Thai ladyboy will try to get you to the beach for a quickie is that her friends are at the beach and they’re going to rob you blind.
Also be very adamant about not going back to the ladyboy’s room for anything because they have friends there hiding under the bed and in the closets that will grab your cash from your pockets as your pants hit the floor. It’s a well-established trick they use often. Not that Thai bargirls won’t use the same trick – but, they’re a little more afraid of getting caught by you. Thai Ladyboys aren’t.

Thai ladyboys are men. While they’re putting on the act – they can become women for a while. Some live it 24-7 around the clock. Some don’t. The humerus is the bone that goes from your elbow to your shoulder and there’s nothing funny about it as it relates to ladyboy identification.
You might notice there’s something strange about a woman with a short humerus bone. Why is that? It’s because men have shorter bones than women. So, when woman has short ones – it’s unattractive. To me anyway. It’s more manly.
If the ‘girl’ you’re talking to has very short humerus bones that might be an indication that she is a he.
Might. I’d give this one about a 70% confidence level though. Pretty high.

Males in Thai society smoke more often than do females. Then, ladyboys smoke more often than Thai girls and maybe even more than Thai men in the general.
If you’re unsure if you’re talking to or looking at a Thai ladyboy or Thai girl – smoking is a good indication – but only about 40% proof.

To identify a Thai ladyboy can sometimes be accomplished by looking for an adam’s apple. Some use tracheal shaving to lessen it’s appearance, but often times ladyboys use scarves, chokers, or always have their hands over their adam’s apple to avoid being discovered.
Just a clue – might work, might not. More tips to follow.
