Satan’s Spawn, Fritzl, Loved the Thai Ladyboys Too!
Some European news agencies are reporting that the Austrian cellar psycho, Fritzl that kept his own daughter and their 3 kids in the basement as prisoners for so many years came to Pattaya on occasion to whore it up. Fellow Pattaya whoremongers report that he frolicked with young gay boys and Thai ladyboys. At one point being seen with a known 16 year old boy.
I make a lot of noise about the ladyboys in Thailand being bad news sometimes. They are involved in many robberies and other crimes… but you know, if you stood all the inhabitants of Pattaya side by side on any given day… the bad farangs (western visitors) would outnumber the bad ladyboys and probably Thais too by a LARGE margin.
Pattaya is a sick place man. Get the hell outta there if you were planning to go. Hit Patong Beach instead.

I like Girls, not Ladyboys… Really!
This is what he told us as we drank Sang Som rum with him one night under the under the Disco at Cocktails & Dreams bar on Soi Bangla in Patong Beach, Phuket.
I was sitting there taking it all in. There were lady bars and ladyboy bars. The bottle of rum my friend bought was 600 baht. The ice was probably more than the rum as we went through 4 buckets of ice that night.
It’s hot under there, and yet there are so many fans churning the air around that it’s fairly comfortable and a great way to spend an evening. The ladyboys are dancing on the bar at Cocktails and the ladies are dancing on the bar at the one next to us - can’t remember the name, but there are 2 gorgeous girls that work there… Hmm, no, name is escaping me. One of the girls was named “Mai” though, and that’s the persona she put out there… Mai! (No).

So this guy was from Germany and he was looking for a girl he told us. It wasn’t curious that he was sitting at the ladyboy bar as many tourists come and sit there just to watch what’s going on. They are really curious to see the ladyboys and some people plan their entire trip around seeing and interacting with as many ladyboys as possible.
The man, we’ll call him “Chris”, was about 28 years old. He had blonde sharply cut hair and the German features and white skin. We noticed that he seemed to be into the ladyboys much more than the girls as a couple bargirls had already stopped by and greeted him and flirted to see if they got his interest. He feigned interest but looked over their heads to see the lady boys dancing in a pitched frenzy on the bar at C&D.
One ladyboy started to catch his eye. In fact he did not let her out of his site. We were striking up a good conversation with this guy and we found out that he was here in Patong Beach to find a girlfriend to take back to Germany with him. He worked as an advertising exec in Germany and was doing well. He didn’t enjoy the German girls much and was very into Thai girls he said.
We listened to him for a while and then finally I said, you know you seem to really maybe like the ladyboys too. He said loudly, NO, I REALLY LIKE GIRLS! We pushed him on it lightly and eventually we stopped. He was still secretly checking out the ladyboys when he could without us seeing. We didn’t care, but he didn’t really know we didn’t care. And, he had this idea in mind that what he was up to was a secret I guess.
He disappeared for the night as he coincidentally went to the restroom at the same time the ladyboy of his choice went that way into the back where the restrooms were. We didn’t see him again that night. The next night he had “fallen in love”. He had that look of a puppy in complete love. Or maybe he was high on something. He told us that he thought he liked girls, but that he had fallen completely in love with this ladyboy that did “everything for him” and “took care of him” like a wife already. This was after ONE DAY.
We marveled at this as he walked arm in arm with this good looking ladyboy that upon first, second and third inspection, we could not tell visually if “he” was a “she”.
This ladyboy was one we hadn’t seen in Patong, which was not out of the ordinary either. There are hundreds of Thailand’s ladyboys that come and go throughout the season. Some settle on a city while others just flit around. Some find their walking ATM’s (farang) and some prefer to just make a little cash wherever they end up and then move on later…
Chris brought his new ladyboy girlfriend to Cocktails and Dreams every night for the next 4 nights. He was taking her to Krabi and to Ko Pi Pi for a week and then they were to go meet the ladyboy’s parents in Udonthani after that. This guy wanted to bring his ladyboy back to Germany with him!
So, it happens, though I’ve not seen it all that much. I did recently get a letter from guy that has a long term ladyboy girlfriend living with him in Germany also. This guy had some great insight into finding a Class A ladyboy and avoiding the aggressive ladyboys that everyone meets in Patong, but looking past them to find the gems.

Ladyboy Lover, Why You Gotta Do me Like that?
I posted this at the other blog as well - since it’s relevant to both. I woke up to the most horrible sound today around 5 am. The whining of two people, two men, apparently in love but something had gone wrong and 5-6am seemed like a great time for it all to come to a head and gripe about it for the entire neighborhood to hear.
I stuck the camera out the window to try to get some video, but it was just too far away - maybe 80 meters or so. The audio was quite clear, they were very loud. The guy was accusing his ladyboy of going out with this guy and that guy, and telling her/him “F you” and go away and go now… then he’d walk away and the ladyboy would say something, he’d turn around and go give the ladyboy girlfriend some more choice words… he’d walk away again… it was just like reality tv. Usually it’s a drunk farang and his Thai girl here in this little town, but today was a special ladyboy treat for the neighborhood and all of us visiting farangs.
The movie I took is not great visual quality, but the audio is ok considering it was so far away. You can just hear the typical drunk farang argument and the ladyboy’s deep voice arguing back, but not nearly as loudly.
