This was interesting, in Arkansas they decided to ban all ladyboys from within city limits because the ladyboys were more attractive than the local girls.

$166 USD for Castration in Thailand!? Thai Ladyboy’s Consider it!
Found this in the Bangkok Press. Apparently ladyboys are able to be castrated for just 5,000 Thai baht. That’s about $166 USD. Apparently there is a belief that it makes your skin more soft and glowing. That might be true I guess, among other thing that result.
Castration is the removal of the sex organs. This means the testicles. The penis is still there. Presumably this would stop testosterone production and probably the estrogen they take orally or injected - would have a greater effect to feminize their bodies. I’m no doctor, but I’m just saying - likely.
Other than radiant skin - that is disputed by medical personnel - is there any other good reason to remove your gonads? You still have your main tool. You’re STILL a boy. Anyone ever see this? I’ve seen lots of ladyboys naked while watching people take photos and videos - but I’ve never seen one with the stick, but not the balls.

Young boys warned not to seek early castration

Eighteen-year-old ladyboy Elle has always dreamed of having a sex-change operation, which, he believes, would be the most precious present he could give himself as it will make him a true female, both physically and mentally.
Standing 170 centimetres tall and weighing 48 kilogrammes, many times Elle has been encouraged to enter beauty pageants. Some of his friends even recommended he get himself castrated, something which has become a fad among young transvestites in Thailand.
They told him the operation costs only 5,000 baht and would make his skin more radiant.
But Elle is scared of having it done after seeing a video clip and reading information about castration, which is heavily advertised on the internet.
Elle said he would rather not think about castration or sex-change operations until getting his bachelor’s degree.
Elle might be making the right decision as the Medical Council of Thailand has just issued a warning against castration, saying that such surgery is unethical and could damage hormone growth and physical development.
The warning came after Natee Teerarojjanapongs, the leader of the Gay Political Group of Thailand, called on the council to take action against clinics performing castrations on young ladyboys.
Castration is the removal or destruction of one or both testicles. It is considered a step towards a sex-change. However, it is also a standard treatment for several varieties of cancer.
Mr Natee said he received many complaints from the parents of ladyboys who were keen to have their testes removed, possibly due to the influence of widespread advertisements on the internet which claimed it was inexpensive and the result was similar to a sex-change operation.
”It’s a totally wrong perception that castration will make boys more feminine or soften their skin. In fact, it will lead to damage of bone mass and muscle,” he said. ”From my experience, these youngsters should wait until they are mature enough to thoroughly consider the pros and cons of such an operation before deciding to do it.”
A 50-year-old representative of a homosexual group also asked the Medical Council to explain to the public the impact of castration on growth hormones and physical development. He hopes minors would give up the idea of having the operation until they are mature enough.
Amnat Kusalanant, the council’s secretary-general, said a team of inspectors have already investigated clinics suspected of performing castrations.
Any doctor performing the surgery on boys aged below 18 without parental consent could have their medical certificates temporarily revoked. The owners of clinics performing the operation could also face a one-year jail term and a maximum fine of 20,000 baht.
However, the council might not be able to take legal action against doctors or clinics castrating transvestites aged over 18 who have the consent of their parents.

HOLT — A prisoner escaped here Wednesday after pepper-spraying a Georgia deputy and stealing his patrol car, lawmen say.
After an eight-hour search, lawmen called off the effort.
Eugene Smith, a 33-year-old man who looks like a woman, was being taken from Texas to Crisp County, Ga., for a nonviolent crime, said Okaloosa County Sheriff’s spokeswoman Michele Nicholson.
During a restroom break at about 3:30 p.m. at Brown’s Grocery off Interstate 10, Smith “apparently sprayed the officer in the face, then took his patrol car” and headed west on Highway 90 toward Santa Rosa County, Nicholson said.
“A major search has been taking place in Santa Rosa County this afternoon after a prisoner overpowered a Crisp County Georgia Sheriff’s Deputy and stole the police vehicle,” Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Scott Haines said in a release.
Nicholson said the deputy fired shots at the car, but didn’t know if Smith was hit. Haines said one bullet struck the car’s windshield.

What is it you LOVE about Thai ladyboys?
I’ve gotta make this clear - I don’t dabble in Thai ladyboy love. I don’t ‘get it’ and yet I appreciate that a huge number of people across the world really have a fetish for them. ThaiLadyboys & Katoeys gets hundreds of people a day coming to the site to find out about Thai ladyboys and I know a couple guys with adult sites that are making big bank from selling subscriptions to their sites. Of course their sites are the best in the world - but still, the following ladyboys has is monstrous.
WHAT is it you love about ladyboys here in Thailand?
I’m trying to figure that out. I’ve come up with a few things but I’m not sure what the overall reason is foreigners LOVE the Thai ladyboys. Must be many reasons. Here’s what I came up with… if you have something more to add - let me know with a comment.
1. Thai ladyboys allow you to be as nasty as you want to be - without getting offended. I think maybe this must be part of their allure. Ladyboys can talk nasty, really dirty sometimes. You don’t see that in the typical Thai bar girls. They might say a few small phrases - but usually not, and usually they don’t get into it much. I’ve had Thai ladyboys whisper things in my ear after knowing them for a few minutes that would make a Russian arms dealer blush crimson.
2. Thai katoeys allow you to hold their hand in public. Thai girls aren’t into this much - even the bar girls. They’ll do it, but they realize that the behavior sets them apart from the regular girls who aren’t whores in Phuket, Pattaya, wherever you are in Siam. They’ll even hold your hand in Isaan when you go back there to see their family. Everyone in town will know that she’s a whore and you found her in a sex-tourist area of Thailand, but she’ll do it for you. Ladyboys will grab your crotch in public. Many of them have little shame typically and they really enjoy having people look at them (Thais or foreigners) for ANY reason, so they get off on whatever gives that result. Public displays of affection (PDA) are no problem for ladyboys. Foreigners that need to hold a girl’s hand in public for whatever reasons of insecurity - will like the fact they can hold a ladyboy’s ass cupped in their hand in public if they want to.
3. Gender roles for Thais aren’t that clearly defined. They aren’t that blatant. A girl is a girl, but, she might not be all that feminine as we see feminine in the west. A Thai girl LOOKS feminine and acts feminine, but, a ladyboy can up it a notch - take it to a new level and some guys like that. A ladyboy wears makeup usually -and to some guys this means ‘femininity’. Girls in the west that we consider more feminine - are trying to look more like girls. They’re trying to set themselves apart from looking like guys in whatever way they can. Makeup is a good way to do this. Subconsciously though we may not like a lot of makeup on a girl -we like some. Lipstick is one thing a Thai ladyboy exploits pretty well. They wear the little bubble gum lip gloss that makes them look like they’re 15 years old in high school. They almost always have eye and lip makeup on which makes them more feminine than 90% of the Thai girls already. Now if they have beard growth, that negates whatever they did to appear feminine - BUT, the ladyboys that look feminine to begin with - AND have makeup that’s nice.. can be quite hot. Passable as Thai women even.
4. They try so hard to be something you like so you’ll take them to bed. The Thai girls will try, but not be crystal clear about it. The ladyboys - will let you know exactly what they want and what they’ll give you. They’ll try for hours if they think they can eventually persuade you into the sack. That counts for something I think. The complete role-reversal of a ‘girl’ trying so hard to get YOU into bed is a nice switch and one that many guys eventually cave into by taking the ladyboy back to his room. Or, her room if you dare. I wouldn’t dare. How hard does a girl in your country work on you to get you to take her to bed? See what I’m saying? There’s something sexy about that. Makes a guy feel good.
5. Some guys love that the ladyboys - the really hot ones get a lot of attention from everyone. If they take a girl like that back to their room they feel like they have a superstar. Like having a beautiful girl on your arm in public- when you have an amazing drop-dead gorgeous ladyboy on your arm that some people are having doubts about it being a lady or a man - the superstar factor is multiplied by 9 and you might really get off on thinking about the fact that you are banging this superstar girl that nobody else can have. That night anyway. Cabaret show girls get a lot of action for this reason. They just put on a show for hundreds of people and now you’re banging them in the bum making them say your name over and over. That’s good clean fun - yes?

7. The HOLY GRAIL. Yes, I’m speaking of anal acrobatics. The ladyboys are into this - or can fake it enough that you have a good experience while on your vacation. Thai girls as mentioned elsewhere in this lady boy blog are NOT into anal at all. Some guys come for the ladyboys because they have this insane anal fixation they can satiate with the ladymen here in Thailand. Even back in your home country you might not be creative enough with your stable of girls to be able to talk them into it. Two Iranians Beaten by a Girl and a Ladyboy at Pattaya Beach, Thailand
It’s gotta be embarrassing. Two guys - from any country, getting whooped by a chick and a guy that thinks he’s a chick (ladyboy). Would you let people (news photographers) take photos of you? I’m sure there’s a little more to this story than what you read here. Likely the guys had some short-time sex on the beach and something didn’t go smoothly - or, the two sex workers were just looking for a couple of easy marks.
It said the two men refused the services… and yet a cell phone, a camera and $100 in cash was taken during the fight. HOW? I think they gave it up to them - but, of course that’s allegedly.
Again for anyone that missed it… don’t pick up girls, ladyboys or men at the beach at night. The beach is a place where this sort of thing happens ALL THE TIME. EVERY SINGLE WEEK there is something in the local newspapers about it. BUT, that’s only what is published. There must be 10 incidents that happen for every one published. Again - a guess.

Two Iranian Tourists attacked by sex workers on Pattaya Beach.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Pongrit from Pattaya Police Station was called to Pattaya Beach opposite Soi Pattayaland 2 in the early hours of Sunday Morning to investigate an alleged assault on two Iranian Tourists. At the scene, Police spoke with the victims, Mr. Hossein Modirifav aged 26 and Mr. Iman Sharifi aged 21. Both men sustained injuries and evidence of the attack including a broken beer bottle, were seen nearby. The men explained that as they walked along the promenade, they were approached by a woman and a transsexual who offered the pair sexual services. The two men refused and were then set-upon. During the fight, a digital camera, mobile phone and 100 US Dollars were taken. Both men were sent to Hospital and later made a report of the incident at Pattaya Police Station. The Investigating Officer will attempt to apprehend the attackers in the coming days.
